A Superb Large Phacops Rana Ohio Trilobite EofishAcquired from an old collection, this is a wonderful classic american trilobite, phacops rana crassituberculata, from the silica shale of the hamilton group of silica, ohio. The specimen is completely natural without restoration. The trilobite measures 2 1/2 inches. The thorax and pygidium have osme lateral compression. The eyes show extremely fine detail. Overall dimensions are 2 x 3 3/4 x 1 1/4 inches. This middle devonian trilobite is on it's origianl matrix. Shipping costs are ste at $4.95 usps domestic priority mail.
